Returns
“For products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken.
If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 (or depending on the country where you live) per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via sales@cgproducten.nl or via the contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. This may result in no refund if the product is no longer saleable.
Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.”
Please note: If you enter your address incorrectly and the package cannot be delivered as a result, we will charge these shipping costs and you may therefore not receive the full purchase amount back.
If your package cannot be delivered to your home address because you are not at home, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not collect it there, we will unfortunately have to charge the original shipping amount for your region (these are stated on our information page about shipping ) for the return costs. As soon as the package is back with us, your order will be (partially) cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- (Partly) used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products whose seal has been broken, opened and (partly) used are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These products are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and possible health risks if the seal has been broken after delivery.
This concerns a product that can no longer be made clean enough (reasonably) to be returned. Zazzyband and Puffcuff, for example, can be cleaned, and are therefore not exempt. A hairbrush, a hairband, a scrunchie, a satin cloth or a satin pillowcase, can no longer be made clean enough to resell (and if that is possible, then it can only be done in an expensive, special way that is not in proportion to the product). These products are therefore exempt from the withdrawal - return scheme.
We continuously monitor our online assortment with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may occur that during the processing of the order it appears that an article is no longer in stock. If an article is unexpectedly not available, we will inform you of this within 5 working days with an email notification, and we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register the dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union.id platform.

Guarantee
The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
Warranty on your purchased item varies. If you want to claim your warranty, it is important that you check the warranty period from the date stated on your invoice and/or proof of purchase.
At www.cgproducten.nl you basically have 2 product groups:
Consumables , such as hair care and styling products
Tools , such as towels, pillowcases, beanies or puff cuffs.
We care about our products and logically do our best to use them
to deliver it to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is placed
breaks during transport or something else happens that gives you a claim
can make under warranty.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must:
to contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period
is at least two months after purchase for consumables and 6 months for Tools. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange one free of charge
repair or for replacement.
