This product or size may still arrive. Leave your email details with the relevant item and receive a notification when it is available again. You can of course also contact us about availability
I have just placed an order. When will it be delivered?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Within the Netherlands, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 days. You can find the delivery time for other countries here.
Where can I find my order status?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to view the status of your order.
What does it cost to ship my order?
Within the Netherlands, shipping your order costs €5.95 or is free. In some other countries, we charge different rates. You can find them here.
My order is incomplete or damaged. What now?
In that case, we ask you to contact our support department. You do this by emailing your order number and a photo of the complaint to sales@cgproducten.nl
Can I exchange my order or an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange placed orders/items because they are automatically processed in our systems. After you have received the order, you can return it.
What if I haven't received my package?
If the carrier reports that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please fill out this form and send it to us by email.
Returns
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days to return your item(s), starting from the day you receive the item. It can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Within the Netherlands, return costs are around €6.95 depending on the carrier.
How do I return my order?
- Please indicate on the enclosed return form which item(s) you are returning and indicate the reason for return.
- Place the item to be returned and the return form in the original packaging. If you have lost this, you can send an email to sales@cgproducten.nl with your order number.
- Deliver your return shipment to a PostNL / DHL point and keep the proof of shipment.
- You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been processed. You will receive the purchase amount in your account within 14 days. If you paid with Klarna, the claim expires.
Can I return my order to a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store, so this is not possible.
Can I exchange products?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We advise you to place a new order yourself.
Pay
How can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard, Mister Cash, Klarna and Sofort banking.
How do I see if I've paid?
Once payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
Account
How do I create an account?
- Click on the figure at the top right of our webshop.
- Under 'Create an account', click 'Continue'.
- Fill in your details and click 'Continue'. You now have an account!
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order without an account.
I forgot my password. What now?
You can click on 'Forgot your password' below the password bar to request a new password
Gift vouchers
Can I buy a gift card?
Unfortunately, this is not possible online at the moment.
