Shipping costs and delivery time

We send our packages with PostNL, DHL, or DPD, whichever you prefer. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM will be shipped the same day, if in stock. If you might not be home, choose to pick up your package at a service point near you. The table below shows the shipping costs and estimated delivery time for your order by country.

We deliver to the following "other" countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Austria.

Not home

Are you not at home when your order is delivered? PostNL will then leave a collection message in your mailbox, and you can collect the order at a PostNL collection point. Save this collection message. No note in the mailbox? The location can be found using your Track & Trace code.

Delivery address

You can have your order delivered to your home, at a PostNL collection point (Netherlands & Belgium). Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address if the order has already been placed.

Order delivered incorrectly/not delivered/incomplete

If your delivered order does not match the order you placed, you can contact our customer service at verkoop@cgproducten.nl .

If the carrier says your package has been delivered, but it hasn't, please fill out this form .

Order not deliverable after all

We continuously monitor our online range with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will notify you within five working days with a Final Shortage notification, and we will refund the paid amount within 14 days or adjust the Klarna invoice.

Package not collected at pickup point

If your package cannot be delivered to your home address because you are not home, it will be taken to a pick-up point. If you do not collect it there, we will unfortunately have to charge you the original shipping fee for your region (these are listed above) for the return costs. Once the package is back with us, your order will be (partially) cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.

Incorrect address entered

If you enter your address incorrectly and the package cannot be delivered as a result, we will charge these shipping costs and you may therefore not receive the full purchase amount back.
If you still want to receive the package, we will charge the shipping costs for this by means of a new invoice which must first be paid before we send it again.
