It's recommended to use Bentonite Clay when you want to clarify, have damaged hair or when your hair doesn't hold its curl very well. Bentonite clay removes all the build-up on te heir, cleans your hair, defines your curl, gives your hair shine and combats frizz. Furthermore, bentonite clay restores the pH-value of the hair which is very important for the overall health of the hair.
Prepare the Bentonite Clay with apple cider vinegar. The amount required for the hair depends on the length and thickness of the hair. On average two to three spoons are needed. Water can be added until the mixture is smooth. Apply to the hair and scalp. Let the Bentonite sit for 10-15 minutes before you wash it out.
