TO ORDER
ITEM OR SIZE NOT AVAILABLE
If an item or a specific size is not in the webshop or is not clickable, then that item or size is (temporarily) out of stock and therefore cannot be ordered. Leave your email details with the relevant item and receive a notification when this item is available again. You can of course also contact our sales department to find out when the item in question becomes available again.
TRACKING ORDER
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL by email. This allows you to view the status of your order.
EXCHANGE ORDER/ARTICLE
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange placed orders/articles, because they are automatically processed in our systems. After you have received the order, you can return it. Please note, we cannot return a number of items, see the returns page.
DISCOUNT CODE
When completing your order you can enter a discount code. If the discount amount and the invoice amount do not match, you must pay the outstanding amount via one of the payment methods.
