ORDER & DELIVERY
A product or size is sold out. Will it be available again soon?
This product or size may still arrive. Leave your e-mail details with the relevant item and receive a notification when it is available again. You can of course also contact us about availability.
I just placed an order. When will it be delivered?
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 days. The delivery time in the other countries can be found here.
Where can I find the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to view the status of your order.
What does it cost to ship my order?
Within the Netherlands, sending your order costs € 4.95 or is free. In a number of other countries we charge different costs. You will find it here.
My order is incomplete or damaged. What now?
In that case, we ask you to contact our support department. You do this by emailing your order number and a photo of the complaint to email@example.com.
Can I exchange my order or an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange placed orders/articles, because they are automatically processed in our systems. After you have received the order, you can return it.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days to return your item(s), starting on the day of receipt of the item. It can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. Within the Netherlands, the return costs depend on the carrier around € 6.95.
How do I return my order?
- Indicate on the enclosed return form which item(s) you are returning and state the reason for return.
- Put the item to be returned and the return form in the original packaging. If you have lost these, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- Drop off your return shipment at a PostNL / DHL point and keep the proof of shipment.
- You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been processed. You will receive the purchase amount on your account within 14 days. If you have paid with Klarna, the claim will lapse.
Can I return my order in the physical stores?
Can I exchange products?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We advise you to place a new order yourself.
In what ways can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Credit card, Mister Cash, Klarna, Sofort banking.
How do I see if I have paid?
As soon as the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
How do I create an account?
- Click on the figure in the top right of our webshop.
- Under 'Create account', click on 'Continue'.
- Enter your details and click on 'Continue'. You now have an account!
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order without an account.
I forgot my password. What now?
You can click on 'Forgot password' below the password bar to request a new password.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Unfortunately, this is not possible online at the moment.
