You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping if the entire order is returned. If you have purchased several products and want to return 1, only this amount will be refunded.

Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

Return process:

  • Log in to your account. If you do not have an account, read the last 2 points.
  • Go to my orders
  • Click on view for the order of which you want to return something
  • Then click on return items
  • You can then select the item you want to return and select the quantity.
  • Please indicate the reason why you want to return it
  • Click on send
  • Return the product (s) with the packing slip to the address below.
  • The costs for a return from your home to the webshop are for your own account.

Return exceptions
Pay attention:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

worn (or used) products such as the satin hair bonnet, satin cloths, scrunchies, brushes, heat cap and regular caps cannot be returned due to hygiene.
products whose seal has been broken, opened and used are exempt from the right of withdrawal. For reasons of hygiene, these products are not suitable to be returned if the seal is broken after delivery.
