Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Return conditions
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product, please with the original packing slip. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs if the entire order is returned. If you have bought several products and want to return 1 of them, only this amount will be refunded.
- If you have selected Klarna as the payment method, the payment costs of € 1.95 will not be credited.
- If you have not been able to pick up the package at a pick-up point or if you have refused the package and we receive the package back, we will only refund the amount of the products.

Return Exceptions
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- used products cannot be returned due to hygiene.
- products whose seal has been broken, opened and used are exempt from the right of withdrawal. For reasons of hygiene, these products are not suitable to be returned if the seal is broken after delivery.
Order not available anyway
We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is not available, we will notify you within 5 working days with an email notification, and we will refund the paid amount within 14 days, or adjust the Klarna invoice.
